Working in partnership with like-minded organisations, we aim to create & develop self-sustaining communities which improve the lives of the people they serve.
To help us achieve this we regularly conduct research to help us evaluate & benchmark our own services and the services of others.
We believe that by measuring our service performance with others; learning of new and innovative best practises; we can provide a stronger seamless service for those we serve.
For example our "Closing the Opportunity Gap Survey" reveals a greater need for organisations to work closer together, to provide a more coherent "joined-up" end-to-end service. Organisations that work together, combining resources, skills and experience, are better equipped and able to provide a stronger service.
We often share & publish our research to help others improve their services.
